In May/June of 2007, DbeeLogic built a stock/data system and website for my jewellery business, Lyndalla Designs.
I have had many favourable comments on the layout and look of the website, including the graphics and the design of the Homepage.
For me however, it is the functionality of the stock system that is the impressive, behind-the-scenes technology. The stock system allows me to lodge all my jewellery pieces with item numbers, names, descriptions, categories, photos, prices and postage costs. I even have a conversion to New Zealand dollars. The design of the stock system is logical and easy to use, and I find loading up items and making changes to stock – and hence to the website – an enjoyable task.
Clive managed to forsee my additional and future needs, coming up with functionality that allows me to produce brochures/marketing material for printed or email formats.
I am very pleased with both my stock system and my website, and with the way it all came together thanks to the professionalism of DbeeLogic’s Clive Sheiles.

I needed a Web site to promote the presentation and sale of Construction Home building plans. Being aware of Clive's involvement in Computer and Data system automation, from another builder we both knew, made it easy for me to approach him again. I had no idea what the possibilities were available for my requirements, and only knew I liked many Web sites I had visited. In our first meeting I was confident Clive's package for handling my client Information Data, and more particularly a Document Storage system, would be the right solution, and be easy to handle on my network.
The Solution we purchased manages and makes editing of all our images very simple, prior to the Automatic uploading to our New web site. We had Dbeelogic handle all of the registrations and hostings, as they were far better on both price and professional service. The support we have is first class, and knowing Clive for many years, it has always been one of his best points.

We had heard through our Business affiliations of Dbeelogic , and recognized a possibility of having them assist us with our in house Stock system. We were just not happy with our current Access system, it required to much external assistance, and wasn’t very user friendly.
In our initial meeting, we expressed our need for a system that would give us major benefits, be robust, require little to no ongoing management, be Automated to both our Web site and accounts department, and most importantly be extremely User friendly requiring minimal training.
Our decision to use Dbeelogic resulted in our new system being ready only four weeks later. We are using it at all levels, and it attracts all our employees’ willingness, as it is laid out very logically, and is easy to use. One very important feature I thought would not work, has turned out to be the heart of the Stock system. Our employees’ take photo images, click buttons to attach them to Stock, and then click once more to send them to our Web site. Our Web site is now updated, by linking to our Stock and Sales System via these new features instantaneously.
On our request Dbeelogic designed controlled steps, making the user feel easier with previously not so easy operations. This in operation is a must, and seeing a box pop up warning “Step 2 needs to be done” is welcome, as we know and trust the system we now have.
I recommend anyone to Dbeelogic, as they did what they said they would, our systems now work, and now, our customers are ringing and buying more.

Yes we will give you our best recommendations. Our Web site is now a central part of our business daily activity. The Stock system you created for us is simple to use, and handles all of our images with ease. The Invoicing and sales section has been a great tool, giving us daily banking sheets, and automatically marking the Trucks and other stock as sold, when final payments are marked up on the Invoice - Indeed we are happy and recommend your services to any one.

I approached Clive from Dbeelogic after seeing a Machinery Web site they created and managed. From the outset I was a little apprehensive in Investing in something we did not understand or know where expenditure started or stopped.
In our first meeting the demonstration of both the Local Data system and its linking to the Web site left me convinced I could move forward. All costs involved were explained to me in easy to understand manner , and I felt we were in total control of our future with Dbeelogic. Two weeks later our Stock system was installed in less than an hour, and I entered my first Stock and photos as easy as I saw in the original Demonstration. It is difficult for me to say the technical things that I see that makes our system so much appreciated, but I can say that if you do have Dbeelogic show you the demonstration you too will be convinced on its value to your business.
Well done Clive, I will recommend you to any one I know in need of a Database for their business.
June 2007: Based on the success of our Web site, and easy to use Stock system, we contacted Clive to add an Invoice module to handle our sales - this automates to our Stock system and updates the Web site automatically upon new sales. Being busier, we also decided to get a Wanted section added, all works as expected, simple and easy to follow, making the tasks enjoyable. thanks again Clive

We required a package that would allow both the controlling and tracking of our Jobs, without having the requirements of highly skilled office workers. (We knew this would normally mean expensive and off site training course’s using “Office suite” software). Our goal was to keep our operating expenses down by using reduced staff in a multi skilled environment. Understanding this, Clive from Bootright Pty Ltd, suggested we look at a Database tracking system solution that would suit all of our needs.
The Filemaker Solution that was designed for us met all our original requirements, plus we added a few more features after initial completion. Our Job Tracking system is flexible, and we continuously explore the different ways we can collect and report on tracking dates. Having both the ability of screen, and hard copy prints enables us to report for various situations.
In summary dealing with Clive at Bootright was very easy, as he speaks always in people terms, and does not get bogged down with unnecessary Technical jargon. We were very pleased also with the times taken to produce the Solution, and happy we had no serious problems with its structure and soundness of operation. The little support we have needed has always been prompt, and mostly able to be handled via email and phone.
Our Job Tracking Solution has enabled us to keep watch of job progress at the press of a button.
